The 3rd scarf woven on the ‘woven ribbons’ warp. In this one the weft wise ribbons are all approximate copies of ribbons woven by Whichchurch Silk Mill in Hampshire, in a creative collaboration with Jane Austin House. A picture of the 6 ribbons I copied was posted by the Mill on Instagram in August. My scarf is woven in 100% silk, all colours hand dyed in my workshop.

It measures 11” wide by 68” long, plus the tasselled fringe at either end.

Care advice: when necessary wash in luke warm water with detergent, (I use shampoo), and steam press when nearly dry.
