The third of a series of three scarves woven on the same warp, each inspired by a photograph of the magic in the sky, seen in Scandinavia. I hand dyed the 30/2’s pure silk yarn in my workshop and wove the scarf with a print of the photograph pinned to the loom so that I could follow the progression of the colour changes as i wove. The finished scarf measures 11.5” wide by 69” long, plus the tasselled fringe at either end.

Product care: When necessary, hand wash in tepid water and detergent, (I use shampoo), and steam press when just dry.
