The colours in the Autumn Trees alomg the roadsides this year seemed to be even more intense and beautiful that usual, I just had to try and weave a scarf that reflected their beauty. I dyed my silk yarn in various shades of yellow, orange and greens, and used some red, commercially dyed yarn that I bought years ago in a closing down sale.

The scarf measures 11” wide by 70” long, plus the tasselled fringe at either end.

When necessary, hand wash in tepid water and detergent, (I use shampoo), and steam press when just dry.
